Performance Audit regarding 2017 Budget Gap

Resolution 5714 was passed on August 28, 2018, the Resolution asked that the Superintendent return to the Board with results of a performance, "no later than March 31, 2019, that provides findings and recommendations relating to the causes of the 2017 Budget Gap".
The Bond audit was supposed to take place by March 31, 2019, however, there is no evidence that this occurred within that time frame. The audit did show up in the April 15 Board Meeting, so this was completed, albeit slightly later than requested.
